FAQ

The things people ask before paying.

No. We are a private, independent travel-preparation concierge with no affiliation to any government, embassy or consulate. Every destination page links the official source so you can compare before you decide.

You are paying for someone to check the form against your passport, tell you exactly when and how to submit it, follow up if something looks wrong, and answer you when a question comes up close to your flight. If none of that is worth a fee to you, applying directly is a perfectly reasonable choice.

If the refusal is down to something within our control, we refund the service fee in full. Government fees, once paid to an authority, are refunded only if that authority returns them.

Our review is usually completed within the window shown on your destination page. What happens after you submit is the authority's own timeline, so we publish typical ranges rather than promises we cannot keep.

They are sent over an encrypted connection, seen only by whoever is working your file, used solely to complete your review, and handled on the schedule in our privacy policy. We do not sell data.

Yes. One application covers every traveler on the booking — add each person's details on the form and everyone is reviewed together under one reference.

Use the "Track an application" link at the top of the site with your reference number and the email you applied with.

Check the processing window on your destination page — some documents can only be submitted a few days before arrival, others should be submitted well ahead. Applying too early is sometimes as much of a problem as applying too late.

That is exactly what the review step is for — every field is checked against your passport before you submit anything. If you spot an error after submitting it yourself, contact us with your reference number as soon as possible.

Where the destination supports it, a faster review option appears on the review step of the application, with the extra fee shown up front.
