Three questions we answer most days
Look it up on the tracker with your reference and the email you applied with — it shows the current stage and any note from whoever is working your file. If your flight is inside 72 hours and the status has not moved, message us on WhatsApp rather than emailing.
Usually, if it has not been filed yet. Send your reference and the correction. Once a document has been filed with the authority, a change may mean a fresh submission and a new government fee — we will tell you which before doing anything.
If a refusal was caused by a mistake on our end, yes. If it was caused by information supplied to us, or by an authority decision unrelated to the filing, the government fee is not recoverable and our service fee covers work already done. The refund policy page sets this out in full.
